As the HR Business Partner, you will enjoy a varied role, along with a wide range of interactions across all levels of the business.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will provide full cycle Human Resources support to our Brisbane and Central Queensland Operations. You will play a critical role in executing our HR initiatives by providing excellent customer support and process improvement initiatives.
What you will be doing:
- Work closely with our Central Queensland and Brisbane operations teams to provide pragmatic and employee-focused advice and support.
- Provide a broad range of support across employee relations, employee engagement, performance management and talent management.
- Provide strong advice and support within industrial and employee relations issues, including Award interpretation.
- Implementation of HR Initiatives and strategies.
- Coaching people leaders to better understand HR requirements and collaborate to develop solutions that best meet business needs and desires outcomes.
- Maintain and emphasis on continuous improvement and best practices to be shared across the Group.
- Collaborate effectively across a number of internal and external stakeholders including Finance, Payroll, Union bodies.
- Coordinate Internal Recruitment, selection and appointments.
Qualifications:
- 3 + Years of proven HR Experience in a similar role
- Problem solving and analytical capability; experience of managing and analysing HR Metrics to find root causes.
- Completed Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources/Business or related discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong time management skills.
- Experience with HR Systems, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise your workload.
