Our ClientOur client is a National firm within the heavy industries with a glowing reputation and presence in the WA region. They currently have an exciting opening for a well-established Senior HR Advisor or an emerging Business Partner to join their team.
Description
Reporting to the HR Manager, your duties will include, but not limited to;
- Offering Generalist HR guidance and support to internal stakeholders
- Assisting with process mapping and frameworks
- Supporting the leadership group with Employee Relations, end to end
- Building stakeholder relationships to support culture engagement
- Adhoc recruitment and onboarding assistance
- Support the leadership team with strategic projects and initiatives
- Assisting the wider business with general HR queries and requests
- Interpret all relevant modern awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and regulations
Profile
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Previous experience within a Senior Advisor or Business Partner level
- Knowledge and understanding of the construction or engineering sector
- Proven transactional generalist experience, with a dedicated focus on Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
- Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication style and ability
- Excellent use of own initiative
