Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department by assisting with various HR functions and initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation while gaining valuable experience in the field of Human Resources.

General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and completion of required paperwork.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in our HR systems
Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
Support the performance management process by administering evaluations and providing guidance to employees and managers.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries.
Coordinate training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HR systems like - Humanforce and Zoho .
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Very good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
