About the roleDue to growth, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the HR team in a variety of functions that are essential for the smooth running of the company nationally, predominantly focusing on recruitment support, HR and Training administration, onboarding, offboarding and employee relations support.

Human Resources Coordination
- Coordinating commencements, movements, interstate relocations, promotions, parental leave and employee separations, and ensuring payroll deadlines are met
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives and programs to improve employee engagement and retention
- Provide general information to employees regarding HR policies, procedures and our Enterprise Agreement
- Work alongside broader HR team to ensure all employee engagements comply with operational requirements, legislation, Enterprise Agreement, company standards and policies
- Participate and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate and support end to end recruitment for vacancies at all levels and areas including, posting adverts, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting references checks, arranging pre-employment medicals,
- Prepare Employment Agreements and new starter packs
- Create, update, and manage job descriptions and for all employees in consultation with leaders
- Responsible for the new starter onboarding process
- Liaise with migration agents regarding business sponsorship and visa requirements
- Support and coordinate recruitment related events, including careers fair and other expos.
To be successful in this position, we are seeking candidates who can bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources and recruitment, with a focus on talent acquisition
- Previous experience working across multiple jurisdictions, with a diverse group of technical, administrative and executive employees of varying levels of experience,
- Familiarisation with and ability to interpret enterprise agreements, employment contracts and modern awards Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills coupled with the ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to maintain strong attention to detail and manage time effectively.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
