The Company
Our client, a global leading management consulting firm is seeking an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join their collaborative team based in their modern Sydney CBD office. Reporting to the HR Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for an individual to develop their skills within an inclusive and progressive business.
The Role
You will be working as the first point of contact for HR queries, managing a variety of tasks, including:
Supporting the new starters with onboarding processes including training and development.
Accurately recording, updating, and maintaining all employee data in the internal system.
Working closely with the HR Manager, and supporting them with training, promotions, compliance, analytics and reporting etc.
Assisting with performance reviews and performance management plans.
Working closely with the stakeholders and providing HR advice and guidance.
Coordinating visa processes and liaising with immigration advisors.
Supporting the HR Manager with driving diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives.
Performing a range of HR admin tasks and collaborating with the HR Manager on HR projects.
The Individual
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have experience in a HR Coordinator/HR Administrator or similar role, along with intermediate or advanced level MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience within Professional Services, Accounting Services, Legal Services, or Management Consulting will be extremely beneficial.
