An exciting opportunity has presented itself at an Australian Organisation and global brand specialising in blue-collar logistics. Due to company growth this company is seeking an Internal Recruitment Coordinator to collaborate with the Talent Management and Human Resources team for their labour hire recruitment.
As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience recruitment with preference to blue collar recruitment. You will be highly organized, have strong computer skills, excellent communication and engagement skills, and be comfortable leading key areas.
About the role
- Answer incoming calls and direct their enquiries as required;
- Create and maintain a talent pool to reduce the reliance on labour-hire;
- Coordinate recruitment tasks including requisition approvals, pre-employment checks, and contracts;
- Facilitating end-to-end processes for labour hire conversions and direct internal appointments;
- Manage and maintain employee records;
- Maintaining recruitment reporting and applicant tracking system maintenance; and
- Provide back up and support to the broader HR team.
About you
- Experienced in recruitment with a minimum of 2 years of experience;
- Desirable experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics;
- Strong communications skills written and verbal;
- Strong computer literacy - MS Office;
- A team player who is willing to assist others; and
- Demonstrated organisational and prioritisation skills.
