Job description

We are currently seeking highly motivated and organised Human Resources professionals to work for a range of our clients across the Northern NSW region. 

If you have 1-5 years experience across any levels Human Resources we would love to hear from you. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Process and enter data into specific HRIS systems. 
• Coordinate employee training programs and ensure that all employees are up-to-date with required training.
• Provide general support to the HR team as needed
• Provide base level HR advice to employees
• Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in HR related field 
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Knowledge of HRIS systems 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
