We are currently seeking experienced HR Professionals to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for future temporary assignments across Northern NSW. If you have a strong background in HR and are thinking about taking on a new challenge we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities may include:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Assist/lead the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting relevant checks.
- Coordinate employee training programs and ensure that all employees are up-to-date with required training.
- Provide general support to the HR and wider team as needed
- Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field highly desired
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Please note that it is ideal that you will be available to commence immediately or within one week and be happy to work on a ongoing temporary/casual basis. Some opportunities may lead to permanent employment.
