About you
We are on the search for a talented HR Manager to join our dedicated team and contribute to our continued success. Your expertise will play a crucial role in building a positive and high-performing workplace.
We are looking for a person who will bring both experience and a high level of emotional intelligence to the role.
About the role
This role will be responsible for the efficient operations of the department by coordinating and delivering a diverse range of Human Resources management activities with a focus on recruitment, on-boarding, HRIS administration and coordination, performance management, Policy and Procedures, and workers compensation across the organisation.
The key function of this role is to partner with the business to provide advice, support, and solutions consistent with CareSouth values of compassion, respect, accountability, integrity, and inclusion.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, Human Resources, or a related field
- 10+ years of industry experience desirable
- Proven experience as an Industrial Relations Specialist or similar role
- Sound knowledge of industrial relations legislation, awards, and relevant regulations
- Proven ability to promote and drive employee value propositions
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and
