This is an incredible time in the MANAWISE journey as we are excited to have an experienced HR Manager join our team to support our pursuit of our organisational objectives and in tandem with our expansion in Queensland.
Collaborating closely with front-line teams, this role is dedicated to ensuring the delivery of care to the young people we support, guided by the MANAWISE Practice Framework, MANAWISE HR Framework, evidence-based practices, and innovations in therapeutic, trauma-informed care.
As a Human Resources Manager, your responsibilities will encompass providing effective Human Resources practices and support across our services and programs. You will serve as a key advisor to leaders and staff, offering accurate and relevant professional and industrial information to inform decision-making and utilise your SCHADS sector experience across a vast array of operational areas. Further, you will take a key role in ensuring the organisation adheres to its Human Resources obligations and responsibilities will be integral to your role, along with overseeing and managing our administration line, maintaining HR systems and resources to the highest standards.
You will be supported by a Strategic Group HR BP and have the opportunity to be engaged on some innovative projects which propel the sector and the depth and capability of care that we deliver.
It is a requirement of this role that you have experience in the Care Sector and are familiar with the SCHADS Award.
