Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Administer employee benefits and assist with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
Support performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development programs.
Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
Ensure compliance with industrial relations laws and company policies.
Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an HR professional or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of confidentiality and integrity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with HR software and databases is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Work Hours:
20-25 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
