About the role:
Some of the Talent Acquisition Officer's duties and responsibilities include; job posting, sourcing and screening, conducting interviews, on-boarding new staff for induction, whilst also performing relevant compliance, reference checks, reporting on recruitment activities and ad hoc related to recruitment.
This role forms part of the Talent Acquisition Team which is comprised of 8 other members. This role reporting into the Talent Acquisition Team Leader.

The successful candidate must possess:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment and/or HR administrator
- Willingness and able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates effective work practices and cooperatively participates as a member of a team
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Strong ability in using MS Office
- Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources (or working towards)
- Knowledge of the aged care or disability services industry would be a bonus
