Our state government client based in Perth’s CBD is currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer to fill their temporary vacancy. This is a 3-month temporary contract with the opportunity to extend for the right person.Your new role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and responding to a range of HR matters via the HR inbox
- Assisting with the development and review of HR policies
- Assisting the wider HR team with general administrative support
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of employees
Your previous experience in a similar role will be essential, as will:
- Previous HR officer experience
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain data accurately in HR databases
