We are seeking an office admin assistant to support the everyday running of the office. This is a varied role including reception, assisting with accounts, customer service, general office administration duties and other duties as required.
The role is suited for someone looking for flexible work hours, full time or casual and hours may extend during our busy periods.
Task and Core Responsibilities
- General office and reception duties - answering incoming calls and email queries from customers and clients
- Processing everyday administrative files
- HR Support
- Order office stationery and kitchen supplies
- Goods receipting of approved supplier invoices
- Organising of samples when required
- Assisting with outstanding debtors and sending payment reminders to clients
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative management
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Proficient in office software
- Knowledge in Fairwork legislation
- Demonstrated knowledge of human recourses and or workplace health and safety
