On behalf of our Client, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources & OHS Administrator to join their team in an ongoing, temporary contract with an immediate start. Based in Ballarat CBD, the position requires a flexible and effective communicator who has high attention to detail, along with maturity and initiative.
The Role:
The Human Resources & OHS Administrator will work closely with the CEO of a highly regarded Government organisation, on various HR and OHS tasks.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines.
Your background:
- Experience as a Human Resources and OHS Administrator, and/or relevant qualification with Administration experience.
- Excellent communication both written and verbal.
- Effective team member with can do attitude.
