Receptionist/Office Administrator – Part-time 0.6 – 0.8 FTE Salary $65,000 including super (prorata)
This professional services company employs over 80 staff in the Greater Geelong region with a diverse professional client portfolio. The firm is seeking a permanent part-time receptionist and office administrator to work within its business services team.
Specifically, the role will be responsible for
- Providing support to the Geelong office, including the allocation of equipment and facilities,
- Sorting mail daily, checking and ordering stationery and filing,
- Scanning documents, records and archived files.
- Providing reception support as required to cover breaks and leave and other tasks as required from time-to-time.
This role will suit an office administrator that brings the professionalism to undertake confidential tasks and activities on behalf of employees and their clients and a calm, stable persona to work with office staff and clients including those who may be under duress.
In addition to a proven history working in community or professional services office administration roles, you are client/customer focused with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
