This role requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. The Outage Recruitment Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness for the mobilisation of outage work.Nature of position: CasualLocation: Loy Yang, VICReporting Line: Project ManagerKey Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of workforce mobilisation within a team-based environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Be the first point of contact for candidates.
- Answer all incoming calls from interested candidates
- Manage incoming enquiries through the shared inbox.
- Supervise site inductions and data entry.
- Ensuring onboarding and compliance documentation is recorded.
- Other general administrative support as required.
- Strong administrative skills and a high level of attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise, plan, organise and complete work within established deadlines.
- A strong client focus, and a genuine desire to assist team members.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams in HR and other departments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information.
- Experience either in onboarding a blue-collar workforce or in a customer service role (preferred).
- Experience in an outages/shutdown environment (desirable)
- The successful candidate will work 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, leading into an outage.
- During the outage, additional overtime hours work as per project requirements.
