MACS Australia is seeking an experienced full-timeHuman Resources | Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Canning Vale WA.
Reporting to and supported by the Human Resources | Recruitment Lead, this role would perform the following responsibilities:
- End to End Recruitment and Mobilisation of Blue-Collar, White Collar, and Project Personnel (advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checks, medicals, drafting offers of employment, onboarding, training, PPE, inductions)
- Assist with Employee Management during the Employee Life Cycle such as performance management, employee changes and terminations.
- Ensure the integrity of the HR Information Systems (Employment Hero and Training Registers)
- Manage the day-to-day HR, Recruitment, Training and Induction Administration
- Other General Administration as required to support the business.
Skills/experience and personal attributes required to be considered for this position:
- 2 - 5 Years experience in Human Resources & Talent Acquisition experience in the construction or mining industries.
- Minimum Cert 3 or 4 in Business Administration or Human Resources Qualification advantageous
- Ability to interpret awards and enterprise agreements.
- Confident and clear phone manner
- Have a high level of attention to detail and great organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
