We operate a multi-million dollar fleet of specialised underground mining equipment across multiple continents and conditions.

The Position:

We are currently accepting applications for the position of Recruitment Coordinator. We would love to have a committed team player join our recruitment team.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Previous exposure to recruitment in a blue-collar environment will be favorable.
  
• Previous recruitment system experience is preferrable but not essential.
• Exposure to recruitment with understanding of the challenges associated with the mining industry.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and various stakeholders.
• A passion for engaging with people from a wide range of backgrounds, both on the phone and face to face
• Great sense of humor.
• Ability to work efficiently within team as well as autonomously.
  
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan, organize and establish own work priorities.
  

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Perform end-to-end recruitment including job advertisement, shortlisting, interviewing and reference checks etc.
  
• Sourcing candidates from various platforms.
• Manage end-to-end referral program.
• General recruitment administration duties.
• Participate in promotional recruitment activities such as expos and careers fairs.
• Support engagement programs from time to time.
• Occasional mine site travels.
