The program
The NSW Growing Regions of Welcome (NSW GROW) Pilot Program launched in June 2021 and aims to connect interested migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers in western Sydney with lifestyle and employment opportunities in regional NSW.
Over the next three years, NSW GROW will aim to:
- Strengthen the capability of regional communities to attract and retain newcomers
- Assist interested newcomers in western Sydney to relocate to regional NSW
- Coordinate a collaborative, cross-sector (collective impact) approach to regional resettlement in NSW
The opportunity
An exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, self-driven person to join this pilot program, and support individuals and families to find their dream job and move to a regional town that is suitable for their needs.
The impact
In this role, you will directly contribute to the development & delivery of the GROW Employment Hub services, which will have a short, middle and long-term impact on the Australian society.
