As a valued member of our international Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to learn the true meaning of business partnership in your role as a Candidate Engagement & Sourcing Specialist on a 12-month contract ideally based in Melbourne or Sydney. We are open to, and supportive of, flexible working arrangements.
This role is responsible for strategic talent mapping across both legal and business services groups, building strong and lasting relationships with current and future talent, contributing to the strategy to engage and attract top talent to the firm and being a brand ambassador, championing and enhancing the candidate experience. A typical day will also see you supporting the team with collating reports, preparing presentations, and conducting references. Working in close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity of partnering with senior leaders across the firm.
You will be supported in achieving your potential, through industry-leading work that challenges and stretches you and will have access to our focused learning and development offering. You will also benefit from being part of an integrated international Talent Acquisition team which is focused on best practice and continuing to evolve and progress the function across the APAC region and internationally.
