ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will be an experienced Engineer with BMS Controls or HVAC experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key to effective solution design for your stakeholder group, you will be responsible for resource coordination, engineering, customer account management, technical support, and system implementation to meet and exceed business sales’ objectives.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers
- Developing new customer contacts
- Coordinate the allocation of engineering resources
- Interpret specifications, drawings, engineering data
- System design solution - Create, engineer and finalise project designs
- Provide technical support to external and internal customers
- Prepare and complete project documentation
- Develop functional descriptions, manuals, testing plans and network design
- Generating growth and new business and investigating potential new customers
- Maximising sales potential and product awareness through marketing activities
- Provide feedback of competitor market intelligence
- Support sales team in pre-sales technical needs, budgeting and tenders
- Customer and staff training
- HVAC and BMS Controls experience desirable
- Tertiary Quals or Trade Cert III in Air-Con & Refrigeration favourable
- Strong Commercial Acumen and Analysis Skills
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Ability to Prioritise and Deliver to Timeframes
