This position is part of our client’s Asset Services division.
The Asset Services is an integrated multi-trade services provider specialising in solutions to critical asset owners and property managers. It operates in critical infrastructure environments such as airports, defence, retail centres, healthcare, rail, transport, logistics. It has a team of 180 dedicated professionals that deliver maintenance services & minor works projects for Fire, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Building Services. With lots of projects and contracts in place there is plenty of work for now and into the future.
About the Opportunity
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a HVAC Technician to join the Asset Services team based in Central Brisbane. As the HVAC Technician you will work across 60+ sites within a precinct environment.
Typical work will include routine preventative maintenance, corrective/ break down repairs and installation of a wide range of HVAC systems including:
- Split systems
- Ducted systems
- Motorised dampers and actuators
- Chilled water fan coil units
- Condenser Water and Chilled water system’s
- AHU's
- VSD's
- Pumps, Cooling towers
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a qualified and experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning technician holding a Dual trade as an Electrician or hold a restricted Electrical Licence and;
- Proven experience in the service, maintenance, and installation of equipment within the
- building services industry
- Able to work well on your own and in a team
- Enjoy developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Have strong communication skills including good verbal and written English
- Comfortable working on mobile platforms and portals
- Current Drivers Licence
- Restricted Electrical Licence or Trade Qualifications as an Electrician
- Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Blue/White Construction Card
