Our client based in Adelaide, is on the look-out for a suitably qualified HVAC Project Manager to join their professional team!
The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of HVAC projects from conception to completion.

Roles Responsibilities:
As the HVAC Project Manager, your role will include:

• Plan, organize, and manage HVAC projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and schedule
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones, and communicate these plans effectively to all stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage all project activities, including procurement, subcontractor management, material delivery, and onsite installations.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met, resolve any onsite issues, and maintain a safe working environment.

Competency Requirements:

• HVAC Project Management experience demonstrating your experience managing complex HVAC projects from start to finish
• Problem solving aptitude and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide cross functional teams
• Understanding that this is a hands-on role
• Understanding of safety regulations and industry codes related to HVAC installations
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality projects
• Refrigeration Mechanic Trade Qualifications
• Current Full South Australian Drivers Licence
• Full Australian work rights
• Recent national police check or willing to obtain one
• Good fitness levels
• Excellent communication skills
