We are a Mechanical Contractor delivering Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in industrial, commercial and exclusive residential applications.
Focusing on commercial and industrial installations Space Services provides full mechanical package solutions to a variety of clients ranging from office fit outs and schools to laboratories and airports. We have built a strong reputation working with some of Sydney’s leading builders delivering high end projects to an immaculate standard.
We are currently seeking a motivated fully licensed tradesman to start work immediately.

About the Role
The successful applicant will be involved in the installation and servicing of commercial and industrial HVAC systems which include but are not limited to;
- Installation of split, condenser water, chilled water and VRV systems
- Maintenance, service and repairs of all the above systems
- Experience in large volume pipe installs is essential (for the technician role)
Essential attributes
- Must have extensive experience 3+ years (for the technician role)
- Must have commercial installation experience (for the technician role)
- Must have commercial maintenance and servicing experience (for the technician role)
- A self-driven, reliable and positive individual
- Safety orientated with WH&S awareness
- Willingness to work autonomously or within a team
- Strong presentation, communication and problem solving skills
