They offer unique solutions that enable clients to safely and efficiently lower, raise or pivot poles to carry out maintenance without the need for heavy machinery or work-at-heights personnel.
They are committed to delivering exceptional Customer Service and maintaining positive relationships with their clients. As such, they are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Service Officer to join their enthusiastic team in Mandurah on the Night Shift.
The role
Reporting to the Sales and Service Manager, you will work collaboratively with the global Business Development Team to build positive relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
Additionally, it is anticipated that you will:
- Provide accurate sales and quotation advice
- Prepare quotations and process purchase orders
- Update and maintain customer records in our CRM system
