This is a great opportunity to join a worldwide recognised electrical company which is involved in manufacturing products, delivering sales and a service division. In this role you will be joining the Sydney Services team and be working with an established customer base.
Your New Role
This role is based in Sydney and you will become a key part of the maintenance team. You would be responsible for providing both maintenance and installation services for a range of our clients' products, which includes cooling systems, modular data centres and air handling units.
Your general responsibilities will be as follows:
Attending service call-outs and identifying issues.
Providing technical information and assistance on the manufacturers' products
Building strong relationships with customers and service providers/partners
Perform both reactive and preventative maintenance on HVAC and cooling systems.
Commissioning of equipment.
Gathering accurate information for unit replacements, site visits, faulty parts and general equipment repair.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of working with HVAC systems, controllers and mechanical/refrigeration principles
Air Conditioning Cert 3 or relevant licences
Ideally, you would have a restricted electrical and refrigerated handling licence, but this is not essential.
Previous experience working with CRAC Systems is highly regarded
