The role primarily requires you to have a strong strong Hydraulics experience background. Expereince in component repair knowledge, Experience in designing / building hydraulic systems manifolds/hydraulic power packa for applications. Troubleshooting & commissioning.Key Responsibilities for the role
- Provide Hydraulics Technical application support to clients
- Support an existing client base in mechanical fluid power sector
- Carry out equipment audits at Customer sites
- Conduct service work at site
- Maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and associated devices and infrastructure in the field
- Work in the field and at site ( Bowen Basin) majority of the time
- Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter or Diesel Mechanic with a strong Hydraulics experience background
- A Component of repair knowledge - eg Remove a cylinder from a digger and repair it
- Expereince designing/building hydraulic systems manifolds / hydralic power packs for applications
- Excellent Trouble shooting and diagnostic skills and ability to recommend solutions to problems
- Administrative skills, record keeping, creating reports and assessment of jobs you working on
- Task oriented to get the job done and with a ability to work well and with limited supervision in remote areas
- Ideally you will be Coal Board Medical, Standard 11, Coal Mine inducted
While you will be mainly working with limited supervision and in remote areas you will be well supported by the workshop that are a close knit teamBenefits
$110- 120 k per annum plus Super, Vehicle and Fuel card. Flexible 5 days on 2 days off or 4 days on 3 days off for the right candidate. Rare opportunity to live the DIDI lifestyle without been away from home for long periods of time
