The IAM Service Delivery Lead is responsible for the day to day management of the services provided to employees and customers across multiple service and product lines across the Qantas Group. This role will manage our service partner delivery managers responsible for their delivery of outstanding quality and highly efficient service. The role ensures service partner service levels are met and the delivery to all contracted outcomes within the approved budgets.
The Service Delivery Lead also works with internal and external teams to continually optimise the service delivered by understanding through data issues, problems and opportunities for delivering a service that exceeds our employees/customer’s experience. This is a key role in supporting and approving successful project transitions into BAU, ensuring the relevant process updates are fit for purpose and to provide support on the systems we manage. To that end, this role will be responsible for leveraging their technical understanding of operational solutions and designing timely performance measurement of both systems and people.
You’ll have:
  • Desirable Formal education or certification in information security, information technology, risk management, audit or equivalent discipline (e.g.,CISSP, CISM).
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies.
  • Experience with IGA and PAM tools and processes.
  • Experience in managing implementation and upgrade projects.
  • Expertise in ITIL processes and vendor management. 5+ years in a leadership role, cross functional or direct.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Service delivery experience and/or operational management experience.
  • Problem solvingBudget Management.
  • Process orientation and documentation.
  • Stakeholder engagement and management skills.
  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to work cross-functionally and align business unit processes to enterprise business processes.
  • Analytical & critical thinking skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • A proven track record of supporting successful delivery of projects or services in cyber security.
