AddressWe are hiring for an e-commerce Business Analyst to improve and maintain our e-commerce presence, processes, and sales. In this role, you will be tasked with analysing key metrics and enhancement requests from our business and its performance which you will use to conduct requirement gathering sessions with Business and write user stories in PM tools.
As an e-commerce Business Analyst, you should be adept at Agile processes, conducting workshops, writing user stories, have a good understanding of various e-commerce technologies and how to leverage them to provide best features for our customer to drive sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with Business.
- Translate all requirements and designs into user stories in JIRA.
- Perform ongoing analysis of customer trends and needs and suggest best features to Business.
- Identify and resolve problems related to search engine optimization.
- Work with offshore team to provide requirements handover and get user story estimates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in e-commerce space
- Good understanding of Agile processes
Tool knowledge: JIRA, Any ecommerce platform (SAP Hybris, Salesforce, Commerce tools etc)
