AddressThe ICT Business Analyst will assist have the requisite skills to translate customer requirements to technical specifications to assist the continued development of identity management systems
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with the integration and documentation of new and existing business processes through stakeholder engagement
- Engage with stakeholders, to effect clearly defined and relevant requirements and assist in product development and acceptance.
- With guidance, contribute to the design process with a structured business analysis methodology to ensure work packages are unambiguous and testable, leading to deliverables which achieve project objectives.
- Contribute to the review, update of current documentation, as well as identify documentation gaps and develop documentation as required. Documentation may include procedures, guides, web sites and input into policy.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience in stakeholder engagement associated with the design and development process within the Identity and Access Management space considered advantageous.
- Experience in Identity management software, ICT office software (Microsoft) and design programs such as Visio considered advantageous.
- Experience analysing and transforming ICT business processes specifically in the areas of automation is considered advantageous.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and procedures is considered advantageous
Location: This role is required to be performed in Canberra, ACT.
Contract Terms: Contract term of 12 months, not exceeding 30 June 2025
SFIA Level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 3
Security Requirements: Current Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance OR have held a TSPV in the previous 12 month period (which has since been downgraded). Candidates will need to be willing to undergo pre-employment checks which may include, ID and work rights, security clearance verification and any other client requested checks.
