Ict Infrastructure Manager

Permanent position to lead the ICT Infrastructure team for our large privately owned industry leading glass and aluminium manufacturer.

G.James Glass and Aluminium is Australia's leading integrated glass and aluminium manufacturer and contractor. Our privately owned, family company employs over 1900 people with operations throughout Australia.
Our Eagle Farm Head Office ICT team supports our national group of companies, with our ICT Infrastructure team responsible for providing Information Technology support and management services for all computer networks and systems infrastructure.
The Role:
Our Infrastructure Manager will provide exceptional technical support to the organisation and work closely with business leaders, users and vendors to deliver excellent results including:

• Lead and oversee the current and future direction, strategy, architecture, design of all ICT Infrastructure
• Provide support and maintenance for all infrastructure environments maximizing uptime and availability for the business.
• Minimise the cyber security risk to the company and provide guidance to the CIO and board on current threats.

The Person:
Experience in managing and developing a highly technical team and ICT infrastructure systems within a manufacturing or industrial environment including:

• Proven capability in mentoring, developing, empowering and leading teams to success
• Experience in architecting technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of asset and data management.
• Experience in supporting ICT with OT integrations and systems.
• Expertise in cybersecurity and risk management.
• Leadership and communication abilities.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Collaboration and diplomacy with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
