The Social Workers Registration Scheme is seeking an ICT Lead Advisor to join on a term basis.
The role is responsible for:
- Leading the end-to-end development of a website and portal, actively driving the build for functions related to registration, accreditation and investigation.
- Coaching staff in understanding and applying best practice methodologies and recognised standards, processes and systems.
- Providing expert advice to staff to resolve issues across processes to ensure effective service delivery, and managing and optimising data storage systems ensure the secure and efficient storage of information.
- Guiding developers in the design, creation and changes to large and complex client-focused digital solutions.
About You
Our ideal candidate is an ICT expert with proven experience in driving the development of websites and portals, preferably in regulatory or government settings.
To be successful you will be experienced in agile software development methodologies and in-depth knowledge of system architecture, security and functionality requirements.
You will also have you will have leadership skills that will enhance your ability to guide development teams and stakeholders through the project lifecycle.
