Ict Manager -Nec

Assist in the successful delivery of IT projects in line with best practice project methodologies.
Work with Project Managers and IT Delivery Manager to ensure the timely and efficient management of major projects, including scheduling, resourcing, training and budget activities.
Understand the client strategy and context, apply analytical thinking and techniques to design a workable solution, and manage the development and delivery.
Ensuring the implementation, enforcing policies and standards to achieve highest scores and CSATrating.

Duties

• Conduct regular project health checks.
• Track project progress to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, meeting business.
• Identify, quantify and track issues and risks in the project.
• Engage the client appropriately to solicit feedback at every stage from Planning and Estimation through delivery.
• Provide Change and Release Management consultancy to customers and stakeholders.

• Bachelor degree and/or relevant work experience
• Strong business decision-making, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Good Understanding in Capital Market and Share Registry processes with exposure to insurance, pension, contribution, investment and super stream lines.
• Technical Expertise on Microsoft Stack including ASP.NET MVC, .Net Core, SQL Server, Oracle and some exposure to client scripting languages like AngularJS and ReactJS.
• Strong understanding on applications / product such as Hi-Trust, EngageOne, WebFocus and MS Sitecore.
• Good Knowledge and understanding on the design of Microservices using .Net Core.
• Effective Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage with Client and manage diverse teams.
• Ability to identify risks at the earlier stage of the project and provide mitigation plans.
• Experience in executing projects across Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Scrum and SAFE certifications are good to have.
• Expertise as a Scrum master managing multiple scrum teams across the enterprise and have engaged them towards a common delivery.
• Hands on experience on Project management tools in particular JIRA, Rally, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Service Now.
