About the Procurement & Supply Chain Optimisation Portfolio:
The Procurement & Supply Chain Optimisation (P&SCO) Portfolio builds on the foundational work undertaken in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to drive operational enhancements and realise further Queensland Health system-wide benefits. The P&SCO Portfolio is a time-limited, temporary work program, currently consisting of three program workstreams, designed to improve procurement and supply chain operations across Queensland Health.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated background in successfully establishing, managing and delivering complex and large-scale ICT projects, applying project methodologies and providing advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques and tools.
- Well-developed leadership and management skills, and experience in building and sustaining high profile multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve high quality project outcomes.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal competence, including resilience and a proven ability to lead negotiations, resolve conflict and positively influence and motivate others in a significant environment of reform and change.
- Proven issue identification, analytical and research skills, problem solving skills and a demonstrated ability to develop innovative, sensitive and practical solutions and provide expert strategic advice to complex issues.
- Experience leading procurement data cleansing and migration projects will also be an advantage.
