Ict Project Manager - 15 Month Contract

Seeking an ICT Project Manager with Application & Infrastructure experience -

• Applications & Infrastruction experience wanted
• Experience with Dokku, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, JAVA, DevOps
• 15 month contract

A large government agency is seeking anICT Project Manager for a 15 month contract with significant program/project experience in the Application and Infrastructure space.
The Project Manager leads and manages the delivery of allocated Information Channels projects so that planned outcomes are achieved, particularly related to schedule, benefits realisation and budget. The role prepares and update projects documentation, status reports, risks and issues and change control.
Responsbilities:

• Develop and control project schedules and planning activities to ensure modules are completed according to established project milestones.
• Manage project to ensure timeframes and deliverables are achieved.
• Proven track record of managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, cross-agency collaborations, and service providers. Proficient in stakeholder management to ensure project alignment and support.
• Establish, manage and report on project budgets, scope, issues and risks
• Strong leadership experience in guiding cross-functional agile project teams through critical and complex programs of work.

Essential Skills/Requirements

1. Qualification in project management e.g. Prince 2 or Agile, or equivalent experience.
2. Complex application systems environments and application layers experience
3. Strong understanding of complex infrastruture
4. Experience with Dokku, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, JAVA, DevOps
5. Experience in Organisational Change Management
6. Minimum 8 years Project Management experience in managing the delivery of projects in Business and Information Technology.
7. Strong proven ability to establish relationships, influence and work in partnership with stakeholders at senior level.
