DFP Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Client.
 
Primary purpose of the role
 
Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and management of a multifaceted program aimed at implementing innovative technology solutions. Ensure alignment with organizational financial goals and facilitate technology capability enhancement while prioritizing safety excellence.
 
Responsibilities
 

• Proficient grasp of project management principles, processes, and philosophies, including Agile methodologies.
• Accomplished in delivering multifaceted ICT programs comprising multiple streams of work.
• Skilled communicator adept at crafting reports, briefing papers, and presentations.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and control program performance risks and issues, reporting progress to the Steering Committee and Executive Leadership team as needed, while adhering to program reporting and governance frameworks.
• Devise and supervise communication and change management plans and strategies to ensure effective program implementation.
• Effectively manage internal stakeholders to secure ongoing support for the program, gather input for improvement, and obtain necessary decisions and approvals.
• Cultivate and oversee relationships with key ICT service providers focused on agile program delivery, ensuring sufficient resource expertise and capacity to meet program objectives and business requirements.
• Drive initiatives to enhance capabilities within the Digital team and elevate maturity in monitoring and responding to cyber security threats.
• Facilitate the adoption of new technology capabilities requested .
• Foster a cohesive team culture and uphold high standards across all team functions by collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.

• Senior Project Manager-level familiarity with Pega and integration solutions
• Comprehension of intricate system integration
• Acquaintance with testing best practices.
• Proficiency in Agile and DevSecOps delivery methodologies
• Tertiary qualifications in ICT (or related area) and/or Project Management.

• Proven expertise in delivering projects utilizing Pega (or similar platforms), with comprehensive involvement in project planning and execution.
• Proficiency in risk management and its significance in overseeing project essentials such as time, cost, quality, and safety.
• Track record of engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Hands-on experience in delivering projects within intricate business frameworks involving employees, customers, and various stakeholders.
