Emanate Technology is partnering with a South Australian Non-For-Profit organisation to employ the services of an ICT Project Manager.
The Role:
Working within an established team of passionate professionals, the ICT Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering a new HR solution across their 100+ sites in South Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the HR Solution implementation project across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with organisational goals and priorities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and resource allocations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution.
- Work closely with the Change Manager to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to key stakeholders and management.
To be considered, you will ideally bring:
- Large scale organisational changes: Proven experience managing large-scale organisational changes and digital transformations.
- Stakeholder management: Strong ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solution focused mindset: Solution-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Self-motivation and initiative: Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and initiative.
- Project management certifications: Demonstrated experience in project management (5+ years) and relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Technical expertise: Understanding of HR and HCM systems is a plus!
