Qualifications & experience
- Proven experience in sales, account management or similar roles
- Effective communication skills with referrers and clients
- Strong relationship management and upselling/cross-selling abilities
- Track record of achieving KPIs
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Street fundraising or phone sales experience is advantageous
- Understanding of the NDIS is beneficial
- Experience in Relationship building and Stakeholder Management
- Success in a customer-focused, multi-site service busines
- Exceptional presentation, organisational, and interpersonal skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- Drive overall business growth by generating new leads and implementing growth strategies for expanded services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, promoting Olesuke Disability Services to attract new referrers and customers.
- Manage referral pipelines, analyse market trends, and stay informed about competitor activities.
- Prepare proposals, present quotes, and negotiate terms with potential clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Utilise existing and prospective relationships for mutual benefit, leading the development and implementation of the State Business Development and Engagement Plan.
- Liaise with support coordinators, case managers, and the internal admin Team to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Represent Olesuke disability services in forums, expos, and networking events to enhance visibility and build industry connections.
- Provide weekly reports to General Management, delivering formal presentations to external stakeholders as needed.
- Continuously build sector knowledge to identify growth areas and strategic partners.
