Our federal government client is seeking experienced ICT Support Analysts to work for the IT Service Desk, User Support and Basic Administration for the Agency's Business Applications/Systems, End User Computing, and other related technology, under the broad direction of the Assistant Director - IT Support in the IT Services Branch.
As a IT Support Analyst, you will be required to:
- Undertake tasks of moderate complexity and work under general direction.
- Be accountable for organising your personal and team workflow and making decisions within defined parameters relating to the area of responsibility.
- Exercise some discretion with respect to how procedures and guidelines are interpreted and applied.
- Provide specialist and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge in specialised areas related to the role.
- Work may involve supervision and training of newer and less experienced members of the small work team.
- Demonstrated previous experience working within either IT Support, User Support or Customer Service.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and be accountable for completing tasks allocated and organising workflows.
- Experience using Azure, Entra ID and Active Directory
- Experience providing laptop. IOS and basic hardware support
