- This newly created role will provide first and second - level support to resolve issues and follow change configuration management instructions.
- The ICT Support Officer is a team player who shows initiative and a can-do attitude commensurate with the current skill level.
- The position will be required to complete some after-hours and weekend work when needed.
- Will be required to implement, operate and continuously improve the Safety Management Systems that conforms to AS/NZS 4801 and lead by example by participating in activities that foster safety culture.
Essential
- Minimum 1 year in an end-user computing support role.
- Cert IV in Information Technology or equivalent.
- We are also open to enrolling the right applicant into a Cert IV in Information Technology (Conditions will apply)
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and a desire to stay up to date with current technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve technical problems quickly and clearly to a customer via hands on approach.
- Current Drivers Licence. (is advantageous)
Desirable
- ICT degree or equivalent.
- ITIL Foundation.
- Demonstrated experience with endpoint management (ManageEngine or Intune or equivalent).
- MS-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
- PRINCE2 Foundation.
