Job DescriptionThe key responsibilties will include:
- Maintaining strong relationships with management, team members, internal & external stakeholders
- Participate & contribute in teamwork activities
- Provide accurate specialist advice & guidance regarding the delivery, operation & use of ICT and potential business benefits.
- Participate in the development of products and testing
- Providing timely level 1 & level 2 support to internal & external system users
The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will have the following:- A hard-working and ambitious attitude to work
- Prior experience working within ServiceNow ITSM Tool
- Prior experience in Government / Public Sector IT departments
- The ability to translation technical jargon for non-tech users
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
