AddressWe are working closely with one of our key clients as they enter a critical phase of their system implementations and we are looking to secure them an ICT Systems Trainer with a strong customer service orientation who will be responsible for upskilling users through on-site training and support calls.
What you will be involved with:
- Oversee the onboarding of new retail partners and teams, including in-person training, to ensure smooth integration into systems and business processes;
- Develop and implement training and upskilling strategies, including the creation and maintenance of training content (written and video), manuals, policies and procedures; and
- Provide ongoing support through regular on-site visits, remote sessions and assistance to the offshore support team for resolving training or upskilling issues.
- Experience in ICT systems training in business applications such as Accounting software, POS, Field Management Systems etc.;
- Strong teaching / training skills in classroom / online settings; excellent communication with technical and non-technical users;
- You will hold a professional demeanour, have strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information discreetly;
- Well-organised, self-directed team player, open to new ideas, with strong planning skills; and
- There may be the need for occasional travel.
