Reporting to the BA Manager/ Solution Architect you will work closely with business and other ICT teams to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into detailed technical and non-technical specifications.About youTo be successful in this role you will possess:

• Tertiary qualifications in a technology-related field
• Previous experience in a Technical Analyst role with the ability to configure MS Power Apps

• Experience in creating Power BI reports, MS Dataverse, Power Automate, and SharePoint, as well as the M365 application suite
• Experience and knowledge documenting business processes and business requirements, use cases, and user stories
• High-level understanding of Stakeholder engagement and change management within the organisation
• Highly developed work organisation skills with the capacity to prioritise competing demands
• Flexible approach to problem-solving and a “can do” attitude
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) and consultative approach with a collaborative style
• Ability to assimilate and process large volumes of information in a complex environment and translate it into cogent designs and plans for future state systems and workflows.
• At least 5 years' experience as a Technical Analyst with experience in Power Apps configuration and API integration
