ICT Support Officer
Based in Mount Barker, Adelaide Hills
Initial 6 months contract with possible extension

Candidates with valid Australian visa will be considered. No Visa sponsorship available.

One of our clients is looking for an ICT Support Officer based in Mount Barker , Adelaide Hills.

• Experience with Exchange, Windows, M365, which includes SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Proficient in the use of mobile operating systems, including Android and iOS, and related mobile hardware.
• Practical experience working in a busy help desk/service desk environment;
• Experience in installation, supporting, maintaining and problem resolution of hardware and software within complex Windows, LAN, Desktop and Server environments;
• Experience with Windows Server environments and using tools such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP and Printing Services;
• Basic network troubleshooting skills
