Resolving issues and providing end-user training as part of your responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesProviding Application Consulting Services to Customers during the implementation of Practice Management solutionsInstalling and configuring the solution to align with client’s requirementsAdhering to the standard implementation methodology and approach in all phases of the projectDelivering End-User training both remotely and on-site as requiredIdentifying opportunities for revenue by increasing utilization of LexisNexis solutions at customer sitesImproving product and service solutions by providing expertise in pre-sales and internal forumsAssisting with product definition and documentation as well as Quality Assurance and testing when requiredCollaborating with the team to adopt and adapt process improvements identified.RequirementsHave extensive experience in Legal/Accounting software market and Legal Office environment.Experience having formal training to analyze financial and business processes in law firms.Demonstrable experience in Book Keeping Standards and or in Trust Accounting;Intermediate (or above) level of expertise in MSOffice applications, specifically Word and ExcelDemonstrable analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage demands of working on multiple projects simultaneouslyCrystal Reports writing an advantageWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
