The acquisition of such business requires strong engagement across the Maxxia business as well as the client. Leveraging your high-level key stakeholder management skills, as Implementation Lead you will facilitate this engagement ensuring the best outcome for all parties.Upon award you will lead the onboarding and change management project with the client. Engaging and working with all the required business and client stakeholders, communicating new products and procedures, coordinating resources and timelines, and ensuring operational excellence in the delivery.To succeed in this broad, challenging and rewarding role you will be a lateral and strategic thinker who takes charge of key client projects and ensures timely delivery. You will work effectively across the whole business and be able to manage multiple internal stakeholders to ensure an optimal outcome to meet all client commitments.Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage implementation activities from contract execution through to review & monitoring of commercial outcomes post go live.
- Work with each new Employer client to develop a suitable salary packaging policy in line with Maxxia guidelines and their requirements.
- Work closely with Relationship teams to ensure communication and employee education activity is delivered as per client requirements.
- Work closely with Operational teams and Knowledge Management to ensure product and service promises are briefed effectively into the broader business.
- Provide training for key stakeholders of the Employer including payroll, finance, and HR representatives.
- Manage and oversee transition activity for new Employer clients via use of developed tools, such as timelines, matrixes, checklists, agendas and other implementation project tools, internal meetings, etc.
- Facilitate Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) for appropriate and agreed clients.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures and external requirements, including legislative requirements (such as Privacy).
- Ensure data gathered during all interactions is complete and accurate.
- Facilitate project related administration including maintaining WIP records, reports, updating documents and processes in folders and systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships and drive outcomes with stakeholders – both internal and external.
- Planning, time management and organisation skills.

- Proven Project Management experience (planning & execution) highly desired.
- Project Management and/or Business qualifications are desirable but not essential.
