About the role
The Manager, Research Development and Strategy Implementation is accountable for leading the implementation of CALHN's Research Strategy, and for growing CALHN's research portfolio. This includes encouraging the growth of investigator led research through fostering an innovative and collaborative research culture. It will require the successful candidate to be creative, solutions focused, outcome oriented and able to implement change management projects and systems.
The Manager, Research Development and Strategy Implementation provides leadership in research related matters and works closely with Executives, Directors and Senior Managers within CALHN, across SA Health and other relevant stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:
- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
