Import Operator - Casual To Permanent

The Position

• Control import FCL, LCL and air cargo movements
• Update clients and provide shipment status reports  
• Liaise with carriers and internal departments to expedite cargo delivery 
• Calculate charges, prepare and issue invoices
• Provide general customer service and client support

The Requirements

To be considered for this role you require freight forwarding experience in the Melbourne market, combined with:

• Excellent customer service and problem solving ability
• Proven reliability and commitment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of CargoWise
• Team player attitude
