Working with a range of teams, from executives to clinical staff, you'll be using analytical tools and process improvement techniques to drive better performance and outcomes. Seeking an enthusiastic Improvement Lead passionate about person-centered care and enhancing patient outcomes. Your focus on staff experience in delivering care is key. Problem-solving is your forte, thriving on challenges and using intuition to drive progress. Collaboration comes naturally, and you excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously. While a clinical background isn't necessary, familiarity with the healthcare industry is advantageous.

Selection Criteria:
1. Background in clinical services improvement, clinician (Nursing, medical, allied health, other) or worked in a health service in or with an innovation, improvement or redesign role preferably within the health or not-for-profit sector. Relevant tertiary leadership and management qualifications, or working towards the same, or equivalent work experience as deemed appropriate.??
2. Demonstrated commitment to and experience in, leading improvement initiatives at a senior management level and the delivery on outcome.??
3. Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, motivated, team worker, strong critical analysis skills and an exceptional ability to succinctly communicate utilising a range of mediums ?
4. Demonstrated ability to coach people to collect, analyse and monitor data and information to identify improvement opportunities and measure change??
5. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia.?
